1. Host part:
﹡The main components such as the main cylinder block and the front beam are made of high-quality steel castings
﹡The main plunger is made of chilled cast iron, and the surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chromium and finely ground with low roughness.
﹡The tension column is made of 45# steel casting and has been inspected by flaw detection.
﹡The oil cylinder of the shearing mechanism is inverted, which is stable and durable.
﹡The mold-changing cylinder is a direct-push type, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
﹡The stroke of the locking cylinder can be lengthened, which is suitable for extruding seamless aluminum tubes.
﹡Extrusion rod and extrusion barrel are treated with special quenching process, which effectively prolongs the life of extrusion tools.
﹡The oil cylinder of the spindle feeder is installed externally, which is stable and reliable.
﹡Flat guide rail structure, adjustable center of movable beam, making it easy to squeeze the center of the machine.
2. Hydraulic part:
﹡The system adopts high and low pressure separate configuration, differential connection, with fast response, fast and stable action, and effectively prolong the service life of the main valve.

Ⅰ. The control system of the traditional slide valve
Ⅱ. Disassembly and assembly valve (VC valve system), users can choose according to their different requirements
﹡Proportional valves and servo valves can be added to enable the system to realize speed regulation, pressure regulation, and constant velocity extrusion to meet the requirements of special extrusion processes.

3. Electronic control part:
﹡The main motor adopts a 6-pole horizontal structure, which greatly extends the service life of the pump.

﹡The operation panel is set to manual, semi-automatic/automatic, reflecting the humanized design concept.
