Aluminum profile extrusion presses are among the equipment used to produce aluminum profiles. To obtain higher quality products, we have conducted many new tests. Considering only the material feeding method, there are two methods: front feeding and rear feeding. The operating procedures for these two methods are also different. We must continue to research which is better. During processing, materials need to be added to the aluminum profile extrusion press before the next process can continue. There are two different plans for adding materials. One is feeding between the kneading roller and the kneading machine front beam. In this way, the stroke of a kneading cylinder of the extrusion shaft can be reduced, thereby reducing the distance between the front and rear beams.

Another method, called rear loading, involves moving the extrusion cylinder of the aluminum profile extrusion press forward, closer to the front beam, and the material is pushed into the equipment via the kneading shaft. Once the material enters the kneading barrel in the rear feeding method, due to gravity, the material will be in full contact with the kneading barrel, but the gap between the material and the kneading barrel becomes larger. Regardless of the feeding method used, corresponding materials can be provided for processing, but in terms of precision, the pre-feeding method is still recommended. The aluminum profile extruder is one of the commonly used pieces of equipment in the aluminum profile processing process. No abnormalities were found before use, but it was found that the starting pressure of the aluminum profile extruder decreased significantly over time. What is the reason? Faced with this phenomenon, the main response is to check the overflow valve of the aluminum profile extruder and investigate whether the individual starting pressure is fast enough. If the speed is not fast enough, it depends on whether a shock absorber plug is installed. If it is removed, the situation should improve. But if it is not due to this reason, the uniform flow setting when the extruder pushes the rod should be considered whether it is unreasonable. If so, simply adjust the current to. In addition, the same phenomenon may occur if the operation is switched to the working state too early or the response speed of the charging valve is not sensitive.

Extrusion press equipment is becoming increasingly popular in enterprises. When selecting extrusion press equipment, in addition to considering the thermal effects of extrusion speed on extruded metal, the press should also have sufficient rigidity and guiding accuracy, and a reliable overload protection device should be set. When using friction presses for extrusion, due to the different guiding accuracy of the equipment, guiding devices need to be installed on the mold. For friction presses without ejectors, lifting devices should also be added. When using universal crank presses, in order to improve the strength and rigidity of the equipment, the worktable bottom plate should use cast steel parts, and the holes on the worktable should be reduced. Because the parts remain in the mold after extrusion, the tension between the extruded part and the mold is large, and the required ejection amount is large, about 10%-20% of the nominal pressure. Therefore, the pressure setting value ejection device should be strengthened. In addition, the extrusion pressure and stroke should be checked according to the load curve allowed by the press slide block. That is, within the entire extrusion stroke range, the extrusion pressure should be less than the limit value of the stroke pressure curve allowed by the press, and cannot be determined according to the nominal pressure.
