Extrusion press equipment is becoming increasingly popular in enterprises. When selecting extrusion press equipment, in addition to considering the thermal effects of extrusion speed on extruded metals, the press should also have sufficient rigidity and guiding accuracy, and a reliable overload protection device should be set. When using a friction press for extrusion, due to the different guiding accuracy of the equipment, a guiding device needs to be added to the mold. For friction presses without ejectors, a lifting device should also be added. When pressing with a universal crank press, in order to improve the strength and rigidity of the equipment, the worktable bottom plate should use cast steel, and the holes on the worktable should be reduced. Because the parts remain in the mold after extrusion, the tension between the extruded part and the mold is large, and the required ejection amount is large, about 10%-20% of the nominal pressure. Therefore, the pressure setting value ejection device should be strengthened. In addition, the extrusion pressure and stroke should be checked according to the load curve allowed by the press slide block. That is, within the entire extrusion stroke range, the extrusion pressure should be less than the limit value of the stroke pressure curve allowed by the press, and it cannot be determined according to the nominal pressure.
The accuracy and stroke of the press are insufficient, and the pressure in the middle of the stroke is only about 1/3 of the nominal pressure. Therefore, it is best to use a dedicated extruder as the extrusion equipment. The elbow lever extruder has the characteristics of small stroke, multiple strokes, and long compression time, and is suitable for extrusion of parts with short working strokes. This utility model is suitable for extrusion of long parts. The hydraulic extrusion press works at the nominal pressure throughout the stroke, and the extrusion speed and stroke are adjustable, suitable for extruding parts with larger lengths.
The working principle of the extrusion press equipment is the principle of physical deformation. Aluminum bars are heated to approximately 450 degrees Celsius through auxiliary equipment such as electromagnetic heating furnaces or coil induction heating furnaces, and then extruded by an extruder. The working principle of the extruder is to extrude the aluminum bar heated by the device in the cylinder, one end is the extrusion rod that outputs the thrust. The other end is the corresponding mold. Under the pressure output of the hydraulic system, the extrusion rod pushes the aluminum bar towards the mold. After high-temperature physical deformation, the aluminum bar comes out of the mold and becomes the corresponding aluminum profile. Then it is cooled and cut in the next process.
